helicopters

i went to a rutgers football game this wkend and there was "homeland security" there. an army helicopter. after we sang The Star Spangled Banner- the copter swooped into the stadium and the soilder was leaning out like saluting everyone. when i went home and fell asleep, i had a nightmare about it!! that i was living somewhere that i had to be scared of helicopters b/c they were going to shoot at me (like i imagine they do in iraq). but the thing about the security that got me was:: are they serious? who is going to do something horribly threatening that our tax dollars have to be wasted on military action? lets go down the list 1..the gas to fly the copter during the entire football game 2..the salary for each of the people up there 3..the places they are not paying enough attention to (ie, Katrina victims). anyway, that was a thought.

Less Confused than Before

Thanks to the Showtime series The L Word, I know 100% that I am not straight. I like girls. I dont know how much, but i definately do. I'm bisexual!

Fridays

Really, thank God it's Friday! I went to work today, late (b/c we can on Fridays). I woke up-and the sun was out!!! I started singing Marley's song "Sun is Shining". Then, had a Gatorade, went back to my room and chilled on the computer for a bit. Then went back downstairs and had some french toast from the other day. Umm that was good. [ADD just set in] but the entire day was awesome! I appreciate friday's more than ever now that Im working. I caught this picture in the afternoon. I really think its pretty spectacular. Its the light coming from a crystal/prysm hanging in my bathroom window. I've never seen it reach outside my room before. Pretty cool, dude.
